We are Christians looking for how God is working in our lives, and how we can best respond.
Steve is British, and moved to Switzerland in 1991, to work for Sandoz, after studying Computer Science at the University of York, England. He changed jobs in 1999, moving to COMIT, a software company which mainly does project work for Swiss banks and insurance companies.
Mary-Anne is Swiss. She trained as a nurse, then as a clerk, and graduated from the Institut für Gemeindebau und Weltmission (Institute for Church Growth and World Mission) in 2004. She preaches occasionally in German and Swiss churches.
We met and married in 1992 while attending the International Christian Fellowship in Basel (now part of Oikos International Church). In 1995, we joined the newly-started Basileia Vineyard Basel, where we remained until late 1999, at which time we decided to focus on starting house churches in our area, having been ‘infected’ with the house church bug by Wolfgang Simson. We have been involved in FocuSuisse, the Swiss interpretation of the DAWN work, since the mid 1990s. Steve translated and distributed the Friday Fax for over ten years.
We live near Basel, Switzerland.
