I’ve just downloaded Flock, a new browser based on Firefox, but with built-in blogging capabilities. I’ve only played with it for a few minutes, but it looks intriguing. Take a look for yourself. (It’s not finished yet, but seems at least usable.)

I’ve been using Flock for a day or two now. I like it. The feature for sharing bookmarks online at del.icio.us is interesting, as is the Shelf, where you can drag items from web pages for later reference or blogging. There’s a minor problem with the blog editor: it always encloses the post in
<p>
tags, and adds a<br/>
at the end. That looks strange, at least on this blog, so I end up having to edit Flock posts in the online editor anyway.
